Dr. Sudeep Singh Nakarmi

Sudeep Singh Nakarmi holds a PhD in Sociology and was a recipient of the Erasmus scholarship at Bielefeld University, Germany (2019/2020), as well as the Martin Chautari Education Research Fellowship (2009). He has published articles in both Nepali and English in national and international journals. Some of his notable works include research on social inclusion and diversity among the Newars, sex work trafficking, women in historical market dynamics, and Measuring Cognitive Skills Through Examinations (co-author), among others.

Nakarmi has collaborated with organizations such as Martin Chautari, UNDP, JICA, SIDef, Mascott, and others in research. He is currently the Treasurer of the Sociological Society of Nepal and was the co-editor of Contemporary Journal of Sociology and Anthropology, Vol. 1 Part 1. Additionally, he has co-authored several reference books on sociology and research, making significant contributions to the field.
